Aaron is the Application Lifecycle Management Practice Lead at Imaginet Resources Corp. Aaron has over 16 years in the Application Development and IT arena and his drive and determination has made him a sought after leader. His reputation earned him a spot on EDS’s Top Gun team where he was asked to investigate the very early work Microsoft was doing on ALM tooling and process to see if it could augment or supplant EDS’s own development processes. Aaron’s work directly contributed to MSF 4.0 which was later introduced into VSTS as MSF Agile and MSF for CMMi process templates. As ALM Practice Lead at Imaginet he continues to do consulting on Agile and Lean practices and their implementation with Visual Studio Team System.

Devin Reimer is a 25 year old Flash, Flex and Unity Developer with Computer Science Major from the University of Manitoba. Originally from the small village of Crystal City, Manitoba and now reside in Winnipeg. Devin is a 'Lead Developer - Interactive Specialist' at DMT Development Systems Group Inc focusing primarily on Flash/Flex development. Due to his love of 3D interactive technology he is a developer on the JigLibFlash team (open source physics library for Flash) and a contributor to FIVe3D (open source 3D vector drawing library for Flash).
