Mike Diehl is a Technical Program Manager for Imaginet Resources Corp, a Canadian Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Mike has been architecting and building multi-tier applications using the Microsoft.NET Framework ever since Visual Studio.NET Beta 1, and has been working with and speaking on Microsoft technologies across North America, Europe, and Asia for over a decade. He also holds a number of Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, and MCT.

Most recently, he has been leading the development of a mission critical web application for a Fortune 100 company that supports traffic of up to 4 million hits per day, and has utilized many advanced performance techniques to meet stringent performance requirements. Aaron Kowall is the Chief Technologist for the EDS Global .Net Capability. His focus is in supporting the full software lifecycle for delivering .Net software solutions.

He has been involved with the Microsoft Visual Studio Team System product group as a customer advisor since early beta versions. Aaron has deployed Team Foundation Server corporately within EDS and provided classroom VSTS/TFS training to teams in New Zealand, Egypt, Wales, Argentina, India, U.S.A and Canada and web based training worldwide.

D'Arcy Lussier - D'Arcy Lussier Consulting
D'Arcy Lussier is an independant solution consultant based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and is a graduate of Red River College's Information Systems Technology program.

His focus is on web application development, but he also has experience developing applications for the Windows desktop and mobile platforms.

In addition to his consulting duties, Mr. Lussier is on the board of the Winnipeg .NET User Group and is an INETA (International .NET Association) Membership Mentor for the Canadian prairies. He also holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification and has been awarded a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in ASP.NET for 2008.

Steven Soroka
Steven Soroka is a professional software developer with over 10 years development experience who discovered Ruby on Rails in late 2006. Changing how he thought about web development, he's been developing solely in Ruby on rails ever since.

Steven has since authored many plugins, is a founding member of Rails Manitoba, a Ruby on Rails core contributor, and December 2007 Rails "Hackfest" winner. Steven is a strong believer in Behavior Driven Development and the Extreme Programming methodology. He has also recently begun teaching Ruby on Rails at Red River College.
