D'Arcy Lussier is an independant solution consultant based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and is a graduate of Red River College's Information Systems Technology program.
His focus is on web application development, but he also has experience developing applications for the Windows desktop and mobile platforms.
In addition to his consulting duties, Mr. Lussier is on the board of the Winnipeg .NET User Group and is an INETA (International .NET Association) Membership Mentor for the Canadian prairies. He also holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification and has been awarded a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in ASP.NET for 2008.

Steven Soroka is a professional software developer with over 10 years development experience who discovered Ruby on Rails in late 2006.
Changing how he thought about web development, he's been developing solely in Ruby on rails ever since.
Steven has since authored many plugins, is a founding member of Rails Manitoba, a Ruby on Rails core contributor, and December 2007 Rails "Hackfest" winner.
Steven is a strong believer in Behavior Driven Development and the Extreme Programming methodology.
He has also recently begun teaching Ruby on Rails at Red River College.
